AIG is the first La Defense tower which was built according to the EPAD guidelines of that time: 24 by 42 metres and a height of 100 metres.

The building was designed for the Aquitaine Group. It has 34.000 square metres office space and was built in 18 months. At the time skyscrapers were pretty scarce and employees are said to be afraid to work at such a height. |
